With Marek Cybula making a vertical move to become the Senior Technical Sales representative at Handling Specialty, Rob Hicks continues to move up the ladder taking Marek’s place as Supervisor of the Professional Services Group.
Rob had this to say, “I’m very honored and excited to tackle this new challenge head-on. My predecessor left some big shoes to fill but with the great team we have in the Professional Services Group I am confident we will see continued success moving forward.” Rob has over twelve years with the custom material handling design & manufacturing firm, and everyone is excited to see him excel in his new position.
Rob’s job as the Professional Services Group Supervisor is to build relationships with customers, supervising a small group of technicians, quoting and arranging site visits, customer service, etc.
