New lithium electric forklift combines heavy-duty lifting performance, rapid charging, AI safety technology, and lower operating costs for demanding industrial applications.

NOBLELIFT North America has expanded its growing lineup of lithium-powered material handling equipment with the introduction of the FE4P220N Heavy-Duty Lithium Forklift, a purpose-built 22,000 lb. capacity electric forklift engineered to replace traditional internal combustion trucks in the most demanding industrial environments.

Unlike heavy-capacity forklifts that simply replace a diesel engine with batteries, the FE4P220N was designed from the ground up around lithium technology. The result is a forklift that delivers exceptional power, lower operating costs, reduced maintenance, and the ability to operate continuously through multiple shifts with fast opportunity charging.

“The FE4P220N represents the next generation of heavy-duty material handling,” said Bill Pedriana, President of NOBLELIFT North America. “Customers are looking for ways to reduce operating costs, eliminate emissions, and improve uptime without sacrificing lifting performance. The FE4P220N delivers all three.”

Powered by a high capacity 96V/920Ah LiFePO₄ lithium battery, the FE4P220N can be fully charged in as little as 2 to 2.5 hours. Opportunity charging during operator breaks and shift changes eliminates battery swaps while supporting continuous multi-shift operation.

The forklift’s intelligent electrical architecture combines a Curtis CAN-bus control system, dual AC drive motors, infinitely variable hydraulic controls, and a four-way proportional hydraulic valve to provide smooth, responsive performance under heavy loads. Automatic speed reduction while turning, intelligent hydraulic cushioning, and an independent steering system further improve stability, operator confidence, and load protection.

Operator safety is enhanced through an integrated suite of intelligent technologies. Front and rear cameras work together with an AI Pedestrian Detection System that continuously monitors the surrounding work area. When a pedestrian is detected, the system alerts the operator. If someone enters the designated safety zone, the forklift automatically stops to help prevent accidents.

Additional productivity features include:

  • 22,000 lb. lifting capacity
  • Large frame-mounted LCD display with real-time operating data
  • Side shift fork positioner
  • Onboard self-diagnostics
  • Dual front tires for maximum stability
  • IPX4 water-resistant construction
  • Electronic parking brake
  • Operator Presence System (OPS)
  • Deluxe suspension seat and spacious ergonomic operator compartment
  • 10,880 lb. drawbar towing capacity

Designed for steel service centers, manufacturing plants, ports, paper mills, precast concrete operations, lumber yards, renewable energy manufacturers, and other heavy industrial facilities, the FE4P220N combines the performance customers expect from large-capacity forklifts with the efficiency advantages of lithium power.

NOBLELIFT’s LiFePO₄ battery technology includes an advanced Battery Management System (BMS), thermal management system, and automotive-grade high-voltage controls that maximize battery life while ensuring safe operation. The lithium battery cells are backed by an industry-leading 10-year or 20,000-hour warranty, providing long-term confidence and reducing total cost of ownership.

With its combination of heavy-duty performance, intelligent technology, rapid charging capability, and advanced safety systems, the FE4P220N demonstrates NOBLELIFT’s commitment to delivering innovative material handling solutions that help customers increase productivity while preparing for the future of industrial operations.
