TVH employees give back to cook and serve a meal to the most vulnerable
TVH in the Americas (TVH), a global provider of quality replacement parts and accessories for the material handling and industrial equipment industries, recently had 23 employees from their Olathe location participate in a volunteer event at Center of Grace. This volunteer event was coordinated by TVHCares, TVH’s charitable program that encourages employees to get involved and give back to their communities.
Center of Grace’s mission is to reach out to the most vulnerable in our community through a variety of services. One of these services is providing a free meal twice a week, year round. TVHCares committed to three dates in 2019 and has already secured three more dates for 2020. TVH not only provides the food, but our volunteers cook the food, serve it and clean up as well. Through the TVHCares program, employees have the opportunity to work with many non-profit organizations and charities, such as Center of Grace.
