Huge celebration for the REO Group’s sales office in England – REO UK. Distribution started in Craven Arms, Shropshire, 30 years ago. Since then REO has been characterised by constant growth and increasing staff levels.

The foundation of REO UK exactly 30 years ago meant REO entered the Great Britain market with a sales location for the first time. REO UK has been fulfilling the needs of customers across the UK with fast, direct sales and local support. Innovation and tradition are the foundations on which the company builds. Combined with consistent, high-quality customer service and professional, respectful handling of all interested parties, REO UK moves with the times and shapes the market with products that are always being developed.

Branch manager Steve Hughes also maintains that success is due to the wide product range: “Celebrating a 30th anniversary is quite an achievement, especially nowadays. We offer our customers the entire REO product range. We have product solutions that are tailored to the demands of the British market and can ensure fast, flexible product availability due to short distribution channels.”

Since 1989 the branch has faithfully adhered to the parent company’s credo of being available to any customer, worldwide, in their relevant language. REO has expanded beyond all cultural and linguistic barriers and now has ten branches on three continents. Customers therefore expect a competent network of branches and contact partners worldwide.

REO also considers the worldwide linkage of customers and distribution channels to be a long-term benefit, as REO chairman Sven Reimann states: “We aim to ensure that our products contribute to efficient energy use through rigorous development and in doing so, fulfil our responsibilities to leave an intact world to future generations.”
