Standard-Knapp hires new field service engineer

Standard-Knapp announces David Blankenship has been hired as a Field Service Engineer. Mr. Blankenship has nearly 20 years of professional engineering and troubleshooting experience that will be an invaluable asset for Standard Knapp customers across the United States.

In his role as a Field Service Engineer, Mr. Blankenship will provide customer support for Standard-Knapp’s wide array of case, tray, and shrink packaging machinery. He will also provide both basic and advanced machinery training at customers’ facilities.

Previously, Mr. Blankenship served as a Field Service Engineer and Maintenance Technician in the food, fluid processing, and other industries. In these positions, he excelled as an engineer, technician, and technical trainer. Mr. Blankenship’s breadth of experience with troubleshooting, repair, training, and customer service will allow him to play an important role in the company’s ongoing mission to provide the highest level of support for their clients.
