Milwaukee, WI-based Rite-Hite Holding Corporation has acquired Johnson Equipment Company, headquartered in Dallas, TX, with 300 employees at 15 regional offices in Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Mississippi, and Mexico. This is one of the largest acquisitions to date for the industrial equipment manufacturer.
Founded in 1959 by Marvin L Johnson, the family-owned company has grown alongside the Rite-Hite business through the years. “The Johnson culture and values align perfectly with ours,” said Micaela Bomhack, President and CEO of Rite-Hite. “With a focus on the customer, a deep belief in the Rite-Hite products and solutions, and an unwavering commitment to safety, innovation, and integrity, this is a great match for both companies.”

The Johnson Equipment Company sales and service offices become part of a growing Rite-Hite network of company-owned distribution locations serving customers in the USA, Canada, South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
