The Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA) announces the return of its professional development offering, the Industry Immersion Conference in Nashville, Tenn. on March 25, 2026. The one-day, high-impact program is designed to equip new-to-the-industry employees with the core relationship-building skills, business insights and industry context needed to thrive in the power transmission/motion control (PT/MC) channel.
Developed and led by seasoned PTDA member executives, the Industry Immersion Conference addresses a critical need shared across both distributors and manufacturers: accelerating the confidence, competence and connectedness of early-career employees who represent the future of the industry. Participants will engage in face-to-face networking, dynamic learning activities and panel discussions featuring PT/MC leaders who will share firsthand insights and lessons learned from their own career journeys.

“When we invest in early-career employees, we’re investing in the long-term strength of our businesses,” says Brian Kudrna, G&G Manufacturing Company and Industry Immersion Planning Task Force Chair. “This program is designed to strengthen engagement and help new team members understand how their role fits into the broader PT/MC ecosystem.”
PTDA member companies are encouraged to invest in the next generation of industry contributors by sending rising professionals who will benefit from structured learning, peer connections and real-world industry guidance. Early bird registration closes January 19, 2026.
