“Shane brings a rare combination of commercial leadership and a deep understanding of how customer-focused organizations scale responsibly,” said Vikram Savkar, CEO of VitalEdge  Technologies. “As our customers face increasing complexity, from multi-OEM environments to  growing rental and service operations, Shane’s leadership will help us stay closely aligned with  dealer needs while continuing to invest in the people, platforms, and partnerships that support their  success.”

Martin most recently served as the Global Head of Sales for the Financial and Corporate Compliance division at Wolters Kluwer, where he led global teams supporting customers through regulatory change and operational transformation. Throughout his career, he has focused on building high-performing organizations grounded in strong customer relationships, clear value delivery, and repeatable go-to-market models that scale without losing proximity to the customer.

“I’m excited to join VitalEdge at a time when dealerships are navigating significant change,” said  Shane Martin, Chief Revenue Officer of VitalEdge Technologies. “Dealers are looking for partners who understand their business and can help them simplify operations while delivering better experiences for their customers. My focus will be on working closely with teams across VitalEdge to  ensure we consistently deliver that value, today and as our customers grow into the future.”

Over the past year, VitalEdge has continued to invest in capabilities designed to help dealers operate more efficiently and serve customers more effectively. These initiatives include the acquisition of Integrated Rental, which expanded VitalEdge’s rental management offerings, and the launch of Insights Agent powered by CoPilot, delivering advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to support better decision-making across dealership operations. Together with recent leadership additions, these investments reinforce VitalEdge’s commitment to helping dealers adapt, compete,  and grow in a rapidly changing industry.
