Yale Materials Handling Corporation was ranked highest among full-line lift truck providers in a range of service-related categories in a recent independent, third party study conducted by Hanover Research. Yale® dealers were the most likely to be recommended among full-line lift truck makers, and Yale was noted for its dealers being most understanding of customer needs, being most responsive, having available parts and being most used for service needs.
“Service is engrained into who we are at Yale—from our design engineers to plant personnel to our amazing dealer network,” said Bill Pfleger, President of Yale Distribution. “The results of this study validate our dealers and our emphasis on providing industry-leading service to our customers by standing behind our lift trucks throughout their long life cycle.”
Hanover Research conducted the study earlier this year with industry respondents who are involved in the purchase process of lift trucks for their company.
