W&H Systems named Best Company to Work For in New Jersey for 2nd Year

This is the second consecutive year that W&H Systems has won this prestigious award. The Best Places to Work in New Jersey awards program recognizes and honors the state’s top employers who show a dedication to their employees’ growth and quality of life. The Best Places to Work in New Jersey program is a two-part assessment process designed to gather detailed data about each participating company. In part one, the employer completes a questionnaire and in part two, employees of the company complete an employee survey. The Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey analyzes questions on leadership and planning, corporate culture and communications, role satisfaction, work environment, relationship with supervisor, training, development and resources, pay and benefits and overall engagement. W&H Systems has been named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey in the small/medium category.
