Twinlode welcomes new director of engineering

Twinlode Corporation, supplier of high-density storage systems,  announced Angelica Mitranca as director of engineering.  With more than 20-years’ experience in engineering for the material handling industry, Mitranca has joined the team to direct all aspects of engineering activities and projects for Twinlode and its clients.

“Angelica Mitranca is well respected in the material handling industry and has a proven track record utilizing best practice methods and expert technical guidance for engineering initiatives in her previous role,” said Skip Eastman, CEO of Twinlode Corporation. “As Twinlode continues to improve its product offering and increasing its focus on automation, additions like Mitranca to the team will help us to continue to lead in the industry.”

Mitranca started in the material handling industry in 2001 where she worked as a senior design engineer at Kingway.  From there, she became engineering manager at UNARCO Material Handling, Inc. for ten years where she worked on the manufacturing side of the rack industry. That experience is a tremendous asset to address customer needs quickly and efficiently.   Mitranca holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Transylvania University of Brasov, Romania.
