In 2009, TVH made its first dedication to becoming a healthier company. What started as a small walking club, Nudge now offers a robust program that includes several classes, events, challenges and other opportunities for employees to engage in healthy behaviors. Today the Nudge program offers an annual onsite health screening, wellness challenges and classes, gym reimbursement, and access to a full-time health and wellness coach.
