Superior Tire gears up for growth in 2025

 Superior Tire has announced its strategic focus for 2025, emphasizing business growth and workforce development. Following major capital investments in new equipment and expanded production space, Superior Tire is now laser-focused on optimizing these investments by enhancing employee skills, training, and leadership. The company has announced a senior leadership reorganization, effective Monday, February 3rd, to support these goals.

As part of this initiative, the company has announced a senior leadership reorganization, effective  Monday, February 3rd: 

  • Joe Peterson, PhD. has been promoted to Executive Vice President – Operations, overseeing manufacturing, production and scheduling, purchasing, engineering, and quality.
  • Jared R. Steier has been promoted to Executive Vice President – Commercial, leading sales,  marketing, logistics, finance, IT, and administration.
  • Calynne Neff has been promoted to Director of Human Resources, Environmental, Health, and  Safety, focusing on employee well-being and organizational development.

Looking ahead, Superior Tire is committed to increasing its market share in 2025 by investing in its people and optimizing operations. “Our success will come down to growing our business partnerships and investing in our people,” said Hank LeMeur, President and CEO. “With the right strategy, leadership, and teamwork, I have no doubt we will reach and exceed our goals.”
