Queen City Robotics Alliance has announced the addition of three new board members – Chad Champine, Niteesh Elias, and Paul Henry. This brings our 2025-2026 board to 10 members.

Niteesh Elias has over two decades of experience at Fortune 100 organizations like Honeywell leading human-centered innovation across areas like aerospace, sustainable energy, advanced manufacturing, human resources, and digital transformation. Passionate about how people and organizations unlock new possibilities, he draws on systems thinking, psychology, and the power of generative listening.

Niteesh Elias holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Bombay and completed executive studies in Business Innovation from HEC Paris. He is also a certified Blackblot Product Management Professional. Beyond his corporate and consulting work, he is a dedicated community leader, serving on the boards of Queen City Robotics Alliance, Arts+, and One Voice Chorus.

“I’m serving on the QCRA board because empowering young people with STEM education is one of the most impactful ways to prepare them for the future,” said Mr. Elias. “Having spent my career connecting human needs with technological possibilities, I see robotics as the perfect training ground—where students learn not only technology, but also teamwork, creativity, and innovation that will carry them into tomorrow’s workplaces.”

Chad Champine is a degreed Industrial Engineer with a strong focus in Manufacturing Operations, Global Procurement/Supply Chain, Post-Mergers & Acquisitions Integration, Materials Management, and Pro-Forma Synergy Modeling. With a diverse background across a variety of end-markets including automotive, commercial vehicle systems, access equipment, defense and fire/emergency vehicle, heavy equipment, and life sciences, he brings a broad spectrum of executive thought leadership to his clientele.

Paul Henry, Retired Supply Chain Executive

QCRA volunteer since 09/2025

Paul Henry is a seasoned Operating Executive with over 30 years of global leadership experience in supply chain, manufacturing, and industrial operations. Throughout his career—spanning senior executive roles at Kimberly-Clark, Newell Brands, FLEX, and The Timken Company—Mr. Henry has been at the forefront of driving digital transformation in complex industrial environments. He has led initiatives involving automation, ERP systems, data-driven planning, advanced manufacturing, and large-scale operational scale-ups across North America, Asia, and Europe.

Paul Henry, who began his career as an engineering apprentice at Rolls-Royce in the UK, has remained deeply committed to the transformative power of hands-on, technical education like that performed at QCRA. He is especially passionate about developing the next generation of digitally enabled engineers and makers—individuals who are not only technically skilled, but also fluent in the tools of automation, data, and intelligent systems that will define the future of industry.
