Quality Lift announces management changes
Quality Lift is pleased to announce that effective July 1, 2014 Chad Hines has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Dealer Principal. This will strengthen the management team and prepare Quality Lift Trucks for the future. Chad began his career in the industry 15 years ago as a field service technician. His passion for the business was evident and he had a desire to learn the industry and make it his career. This led him to take on many different tasks in the dealership such as service manager, territory sales, sales management and general management. In an effort to make sure Quality Lift continues to be a high performing dealer for their customers and suppliers he has invested many years attending MHEDA events. This helped Chad learn and implement some of the best practices in the industry as well as develop as a leader to take the QLT team into the future.
Steve Ross’ role will continue as President of the company, moving more into an advisory role on a daily basis to guide and mentor Chad and the team.
