“Frank’s long-standing tenure at Purolator International has uniquely qualified him to take on this new role. He brings a wealth of experience in sales, operations, regulatory affairs and customs brokerage,” said Kelly.  “As we continue to expand our customer base and services across the U.S., it’s important to have strong leadership for the sales and support staff in each region. Frank is just that man to inspire his teams and lead his region to many successes.”
