Performance Team (PT) announced that the company has hired Jim Townsend as Chief Information Officer. Townsend comes with extensive experience in IT/IS strategy, change management, process improvement, project management, technological innovation and business intelligence for global multidisciplinary organizations. “I am pleased to be joining a team with such high standards and with such credibility in the industry, and I look forward to providing my knowledge and expertise,” said Townsend. Townsend holds a BA and MBA in Computer Science from Everest College and Kennedy Western University, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Master Project Manager (MPM) as well as a Microsoft XP System.
