New Hampshire based software company finalizes move as part of global expansion

Loftware, Inc., the global provider of Enterprise Labeling Solutions for nearly 30 years, announced its relocation, to its newly constructed corporate headquarters at 249 Corporate Drive, a short distance from the company’s former location within the Pease Tradeport.  Loftware has been growing at a rapid pace with over 5,000 customers in over 100 countries by strategically expanding its presence with existing customers and introducing new barcode labeling solutions and services. As a result, Loftware doubled its workforce since moving to New Hampshire several years ago and now needs a larger headquarters.

“We have experienced this recent growth thanks to our loyal customers with whom we have built lasting relationships, as well as to our dedicated team of Loftware professionals,” stated Loftware President & CEO, Robert O’Connor. “We look forward to continuing to provide our customers the very best in labeling solutions and services as we continue to build our team,” he added.

Loftware’s new corporate headquarters, designed to accommodate planned growth, reflects how technology professionals work and interact today and in the future. Loftware’s headquarters will offer an abundance of open space, with 360-degree glass, to encourage planned and spontaneous interactions.  New features include a collection of highly configurable, multi-purpose meeting spaces (coined “The Quad”) that reduces boundaries and inspires collaboration and creativity. Additionally, the exciting new space includes an expansive, modern cafeteria with indoor and outdoor seating, a fitness room and other amenities designed specifically for employees.

“With their unending commitment to social consciousness, Loftware is a valued tenant in the Pease Tradeport and we are thrilled that they’ve decided to continue to grow their business here in Portsmouth.  Their dedication to local causes including the Pease & Carrots Food Drive, the Pease Greeters Program, Toys for Tots and Operation Santa is unmatched,” stated David Mullen, Pease Development Association Executive Director. “The team at Loftware is certainly one of the most socially conscious and philanthropic groups that we have ever seen and the community is fortunate to continue to benefit from their good will,” he added.

The design and furnishings of Loftware’s new corporate headquarters was led by Mary Connors and Ellen Bates of Office Interiors Limited, a NH-based company providing products and services for space planning, drawings & renderings and full service interior design capabilities for offices of all sizes.
