MHS Lift, Inc. has announced Roger Mefford as Manager of Automated Solutions Engineering and Implementation.

With more than 30 years of experience leading sales, engineering and organizational initiatives in the material handling industry, Mefford brings deep expertise to his new role. He previously spent 33 years at Frazier Industrial Company, including 22 years leading its Automation Division. Recognized as a leader in rack-supported automation, Mefford also specializes in four-way shuttle solutions for Fortune 100 companies and some of the industry’s most successful cold storage operators.

“After decades in this industry, I wanted to join a company that puts customers first and offers complete, customized solutions,” says Mefford. “I chose MHS Lift because it’s a stable, growing company with a strong track record. When evaluating potential partners, I found that some manufacturers were too green, too rigid, or too risky. I realized I needed a team that wasn’t limited to one solution – one that could select the best system for each customer’s unique needs. It’s clear, by joining MHS Lift, we will be designing the best solution and teaming up with the best companies to supply a completely integrated system to our customers. I believe MHS Lift is positioned to serve the market better than anyone else.”

“We’re excited to welcome Roger aboard and know that his organizational expertise, paired with our proven track record in automation, gives MHS Lift the strongest foundation possible to deliver exceptional results for our customers,” said Ben Miller, Director of Integrated Solutions for MHS Lift.

Mefford joins an accomplished team of automation professionals with a proven track record of integrating complex automation projects in some of the most demanding conditions across North America.
