META Storage Solutions hires new sales manager

META-Regalbau has been supplying warehouse technology for the US market over the last year. Since November 2013 Maximilian Jahl is responsible for the sales department of META Storage Solutions Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia. He intends to further develop the network of commercial dealers in the coming year. The goal is to also increase brand awareness for META in the USA, through trade show exhibits as well as other marketing activities.

Maximilian Jahl studied business administration and completed an MBA with focus on International Business in Melbourne, Australia. Since 2011 he lives and works in the USA, where he successfully developed the market for a midsize German company in the fenestration industry. He brings this experience to his position as Sales Director of META Storage Solutions Inc.

The META subsidiary offers US customers a fast delivery program with shelving and wide span shelving systems, which are available in the warehouse in Atlanta for quick delivery. Sales activities are already in place in several regions and managed by commercial  representatives. META Storage Solutions Inc. wants to strengthen this network, concentrating on the regions with the greatest growth potential, in which the commercial representatives are building up a selective network of dealers and distributors. “Together with the META parent company in Arnsberg, we are optimizing our processes to adapt the entire company successfully for a new market. Products manufactured in Germany enjoy an excellent reputation in the USA.” says Maximilian Jahl.

For 2014 META is planning to be present at Modex in Atlanta from March 17th to 20th and have a booth at the MHEDA Annual Convention and Exhibitors’ Showcase in Orlando, Florida, May 3rd-7th.
