MARTINS has announced the strategic acquisition of Safety Seal, a recognized leader in high-quality tire repair tools and solutions. This move allows  MARTINS to expand its product portfolio and strengthen its position as a comprehensive provider for the tire industry.

Founded in 1964, Safety Seal became a pioneer in tire repair by developing the first tire repair plug that applies directly to the tire without dismounting it. Since then, more than one billion Safety Seal repairs have been performed worldwide, making the brand the best-selling tire repair solution globally. Safety Seal’s reputation is built on quality, reliability, and decades of continuous innovation. Each product undergoes rigorous field and lab testing, and the current solutions are more than three times stronger than the originals.

This new addition complements MARTINS existing ranges of equipment, tools, balancing products, and storage solutions. “We are expanding our product range to include tire repair solutions, which brings even more value to our customers and strengthens MARTINS’ position as a go-to source for everything related to tires,” says Yannick Lejour, Sales Director of MARTINS.

By integrating Safety Seal into its portfolio, MARTINS continues its commitment to providing comprehensive,  accessible, and innovative solutions on a global scale. This acquisition further demonstrates the company’s dedication to supporting the evolving needs of tire industry professionals.
