GSG Financial adds to executive management team

GSG Financial, an independent finance company, announced the addition of Auston Bennett as vp of sales, focusing on business development. Auston will be responsible for maintaining our major account partnerships and growing our outsourced captive vendor relationships. He will report to the President, Andrew A. Bender and will be operating from Birmingham, Alabama.

“Auston Bennett is an outstanding addition to our team, as he brings a deep blend of both business development and management,” said Bender. “I know he will work tirelessly with our internal and external partners to expand our vendor penetration while continuing the deliver personalized service.”

Auston has been a sales leader in the financial services industry for over 15 years. Prior to joining GSG, Auston spent 11 years working at Altec Capital Services, LLC where he held several positions including Area Sales Manager and Inside Sales Manager. During his time at Capital Bennett focused on developing and executing annual sales plans, training sales representatives on growing their individual territories, generating new leads and increasing sales, while simultaneously strengthening the team. Auston has completed his Series 7, 63, and 65. He graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Alabama.

GSG’s vp of sales, JP Nicoletta said, “Auston brings a tremendous amount of sales leadership from an industry leading captive finance company. As GSG expands our captive outsourced finance offering we will leverage Auston’s experience to continue to drive exceptional support to our customers.”
