DRM, LLC has been named a Rockwell Automation Gold OEM Partner, recognizing the company’s capabilities as an equipment builder with proven expertise in control systems, safety architecture, drives, and operator interfaces.

DRM, LLC, a Tennessee-based OEM and integration partner, has achieved Gold OEM Partner status with Rockwell Automation. This designation affirms DRM’s expertise across control systems, machine safety, drives, and visualization, and reflects a consistent track record of delivering floor-ready equipment for complex production environments.

“Achieving Gold Partner status with Rockwell Automation reflects a significant investment of time, dedication, and strategic alignment,” said Kate Luke, Account Manager at Rockwell Automation. “Within the Rockwell ecosystem, this designation identifies an OEM as a market leader—demonstrating a strong commitment to integrating Rockwell products and technologies across their equipment and solutions. DRM exemplifies these qualities through their technical capabilities, alignment with Rockwell standards, and customer-first mindset. They are a valued partner, consistently working alongside us to develop and deliver exceptional solutions.”

DRM supports manufacturers in automotive glass, rubber, heavy industry, and consumer products. Core competencies include safety upgrades, robotic systems, motion platforms, and control retrofits with aging PLCs or outdated infrastructure. With TÜV-certified safety engineers and a UL 508A panel shop, DRM delivers systems that are safe, maintainable, and designed for long-term performance.

In Rockwell Automation’s updated partner structure, there are distinct tiers for both system integrators and OEMs. DRM qualifies as a Gold OEM because of its focus on delivering complete automation lines, especially in sectors like glass manufacturing and robotic dispensing. The Gold OEM Partner designation recognizes companies with strong technical execution across multiple disciplines and a commitment to collaboration and continuous learning. For DRM, it brings enhanced access to Rockwell’s technical resources and engineering support, strengthening the team’s ability to supply both the equipment and the controls architecture as a unified system.

“This achievement reflects DRM’s continued investment in integrated automation,” said Barry Brian, Partner at DRM. “For clients, it means greater access to advanced technologies, tighter alignment with Rockwell technologies, and confidence that their automation partner meets high standards for reliability, safety, and long-term support.”

DRM, LLC is recognized for competencies in:

  • Control Systems – Allen-Bradley ControlLogix and CompactLogix integration
  • Machine Safety – TÜV-certified GuardLogix and dual-channel safety architecture
  • Low Voltage Drives – PowerFlex VFD applications and tuning
  • Visualization – FactoryTalk View SE/ME development for HMI and recipe systems

These capabilities have supported projects where system performance and safety cannot be compromised. In one recent upgrade, DRM used PowerFlex drives and GuardLogix controls to maintain safe pressure and motion limits under heavy loads. FactoryTalk View tools allowed operators to adjust product settings by shift and track process conditions through dashboards and alerts. The result was tighter process control and improved operator visibility.

“Our team isn’t just trained on Rockwell products. These are seasoned engineers who’ve deployed PLC, safety, and motion systems in real production lines, under tight windows and tough conditions,” said Jeff Marston, Partner at DRM. “Gold OEM status affirms what clients already see on the floor. We apply these tools in a way that fits the plant, not just the spec sheet.”

Rockwell Automation’s OEM Gold Partner status provides the engineers access to advanced training, technical resources, and engineering alignment. These benefits help DRM design and deliver floor-ready automation systems that support long-term plant performance.
