Crown Equipment Corporation announced the opening of two direct Crown Lift Trucks sales and service locations in Springfield and Carterville, Mo. The facilities offer an expanded service offering in the region, as well as improved accessibility to forklift operator training. “We’re always looking for new opportunities to deepen our customer relationships,” said Jim Mozer, senior vice president, Crown Equipment. “These Crown Lift Truck locations are one way to accomplish this goal in Missouri. They are an investment in our commitment to maintaining high-level service and on-demand expertise that our customers have come to expect from Crown.” Both facilities feature Crown’s full service offering, battery and charger service, rental fleets, forklift remanufacturing and Demonstrated Performance® operator training. The locations provide customers with forklift maintenance, as well as warehouse products ranging from a two-wheel personal hand truck to a complete warehouse design solution.

Chris Fogt, Southwest region general manager, Crown Equipment, added, “Crown has a long history of providing customers with first-rate service and support and high-quality OEM parts, which translates into lower total cost of ownership for Crown forklift users. I’m looking forward to working with our teams at the new Missouri facilities to help customers get the most from their material handling equipment and technology investment.”

The Springfield, Mo. facility is located at 2315 East Chestnut Expressway and can be reached directly at 417-862-7411. The direct line for the Carterville, Mo. facility at 620 South Pine Street is 417-623-1022.
