CLARK Material Handling Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Farrukh Ghani as chief financial officer for its North America Operations.  Since joining CLARK in 2000, Farrukh has held a series of managerial roles in the finance and information technology departments of CLARK, including most recently vice president-finance & technology.  His overall responsibilities will include strategic business planning, risk management and oversight of finance, accounting and information technology. Farrukh is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in accounting & computer science.  He is an active certified public accountant.
