Cat Lift Trucks announced that it was named as a 2013 Green Supply Chain Partner by Inbound Logistics. Cat Lift Trucks received this recognition for its commitment to developing sustainable products and for its leadership in implementing green manufacturing processes.  Each year, Inbound Logistics’ editors select 75 companies based on their involvement in corporate initiatives and customer-focused projects that deliver sustainable innovations. This year is the 5th year Inbound Logistics has featured the Green Supply Chain Partners in its June edition. “At Cat Lift Trucks, we are committed to sustainability in our operations and our products,” said Kent Eudy, executive vice president of sales and marketing for Cat Lift Trucks. “This commitment is demonstrated in our sustainable supply chain, green manufacturing processes and our electric products that produce zero harmful emissions and help customers reduce their overall carbon footprint. This award is a high honor for us and one that recognizes both the dedication of our employees and our dealer network.” Cat Lift Trucks focuses on sustainability by offering customers a Tier 4 Final diesel-engine lift truck that provides increased fuel efficiency, reduced emissions and an overall lower cost of ownership. Additionally, Cat Lift Trucks offers electric lift trucks that are battery-operated and do not consume fossil fuels or release harmful emissions.
