Bluff Manufacturing, fabricator and designer of high quality material handling, dock and warehouse equipment, storage structures and safety barriers, is proud to welcome Lane Moss as their new Vice President of Operations.

Moss holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Houston and has more than 25 years in the industry, combining a wide range of technical process knowledge, significant operations experience, continuous improvement techniques, and best-practices management skills. Moss specializes in producing quick, positive, bottom-line results by identifying and fixing process gaps and empowering employees to set records in speed, productivity, quality, and safety.
“I see this as an incredible opportunity to join a talented, energetic, customer-centric organization that has experienced substantial growth and is poised for more. I look forward to leading the Operations side of the business and helping Bluff Manufacturing, and its customers, achieve their goals, in any way I can.”
Moss was previously employed as a Plant Manager at Peerless Manufacturing Company where he led a team of 90 highly-specialized employees including engineers, supervisors, planners, buyers, HR coordinators, fabricators and welders. His significant experience in issues relevant to manufacturing and operations management regarding customer service, sales and revenue enhancement, supply chain, human resources, policies and procedures, information systems, and general accounting practices will benefit Bluff Manufacturing as the company expands.
“Lane will be a tremendous asset to us in process improvement for our new ERP system and our continued growth. We are excited to have him join our team,” says Andrea Curreri, President of Bluff Manufacturing.
