Big Joe Forklifts announces promotion of Cullen Wurzer

Big Joe Forklifts has announced the promotion of Cullen Wurzer to Director, Dealer Development, Midwest & Southeast, reinforcing the company’s continued investment in dealer partnerships and regional growth.

Wurzer has demonstrated strong leadership and consistent performance throughout his tenure with Big Joe. Most recently serving as Regional Sales Manager, he built strategic relationships across dealer networks while helping drive increased Class I order activity through a collaborative, education-focused approach to sales development.

In his new role, Wurzer will focus on strengthening dealer engagement and accelerating growth across two of Big Joe’s fastest-expanding regions. His responsibilities will include:

  • Strengthening relationships with dealer principals, sales managers, rental managers, and sales representatives across the dealer network
  • Supporting dealer-led national accounts initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and dealer partners
  • Driving the adoption and growth of Class I product lines across the Midwest and Southeast markets
  • Supporting dealer development strategies that improve performance, consistency, and long-term partnership success
