Westfalia Technologies, Inc., a provider of logistics solutions for manufacturers, warehouses and distribution centers since 1992, will showcase its new Warehouse Execution System (WES), Savanna.NET®, at booth #1247 during ProMat 2015. The largest expo for manufacturing and supply chain professionals in North America, ProMat is scheduled for March 23-26, 2015, at McCormick Place South in Chicago.

Combining a tightly integrated warehouse management system (WMS) and warehouse control system (WCS) into a single application, Savanna.NET® helps manufacturers and distributors direct, control and optimize internal material flow and order picking. With flexible deployment options, Savanna.NET® can operate as a standalone software solution or with any automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS), including Westfalia’s own AS/RS. Ideal for a wide range of vertical markets, Savanna.NET® provides the functionality necessary to receive, store and track product, as well as marry inventory to customer orders using the solution’s integrated order fulfillment processing capabilities.

Dave Williams, director of software development, Westfalia Technologies, said, “Most manufacturers and distributors are accustomed to using separate WMS and WCS applications to run their warehouses. However, this requires complex transaction processing and complicated integrations. At ProMat 2015, Westfalia will demonstrate the power of a Warehouse Execution System – a single application that simplifies warehouse operations. We encourage ProMat attendees to visit our booth to see firsthand how our Savanna.NET® WES can help them gain greater control over their warehouses, maximize efficiency and prepare for future growth.”
