The Ergo Tranz: your industrial mover

Listen to this article

The Ergo Tranz® by  ErgotecH® Inc. is a versatile, adaptable and powerful lifting and transporting device for factory floors, warehouses and many other kinds of work sites. The Ergo Tranz helps workers lift and move heavy, oversized or awkward loads safely, reliably and smoothly.  This ergonomic, innovative workspace solution fits even in narrow or confined spaces, and its customizable End Effectors help it to adapt to almost any imaginable lift/ transport task. The Ergo Tranz employs a single-mast design with built-in lifting column for optimal operator visibility.  Infinitely variable lift speeds, up to 6”/second, adjusts for any application, and the lift screw mechanism allows accurate positioning.  Solid aluminum makes it durable and stable, yet it can fit through standard 24-inch door openings.  The convenient hand pendant controls all lift and end-effector functions, and the braking system is foot-operated.

The Ergo Tranz’ load-handling End Effectors can be customized to grip, hold or roll any type of load, making it suitable for any job.  These can be both powered or non-powered, and can be designed to the specifications of any particular job and materials.  It is powered by a heavy-duty 24 Volt sealed battery with built-in universal charger for many hours of uptime.  One-touch sleep mode extends battery life.

The Ergo Tranz can handle a variety of loads, from 220 to 450 to 600 pounds, and can be ordered with 3-, 4- or 5-inch front casters to fit under pallets or machinery.  Its almost infinite range of customizability allows it to replace  hand trolleys, stackers, or winches with ease, while creating a more productive worker interface.

Safety features include overload protection and self-locking lift brake for safe holding.  Its inherent strength, stability and unsurpassed adaptability allows it do jobs that are awkward for an unassisted operator, while reducing injuries and increasing operator efficiency. The Ergo Tranz will make your job site more efficient, more productive and safer, and can be made to suit your job needs.
