Listen to this article

Tele Radio America LLC, a leading provider of wireless and radio remote controls, has expanded its product line to include wired controls through the acquisition of Sistematica by its parent company, Allgon Group. This move makes Tele Radio America the exclusive distributor of Sistematica products in the USA.

Sistematica, an Italy-based company with 30 years of experience, specializes in wired and wireless remote controls and holds several patents for innovation. Their products bring smart technology and Industry 4.0 advantages, such as over-the-air software updates and real-time diagnostics, to Tele Radio’s customer base. Sistematica’s product line complements Tele Radio’s existing offerings, providing a wider range of options for customers in various sectors, including industrial, lifting, construction, marine, mobile, and agricultural.

The acquisition aligns with Allgon Group’s growth strategy to expand its footprint and strengthen its position as a global leader in industrial remote-control solutions. By exclusively distributing Sistematica’s products in the United States, Tele Radio America enhances its ability to offer customized solutions and improves access to advanced remote control technology for its customers.
