The stainless-steel frames and motors of the RPP meet NEMA4X standards for durability. RPP robots efficiently load products into the flow wrapper infeed chain. In addition to the primary packaging process, the system includes a Kliklok ACE carton erector and a second RPP cell for loading the flow-wrapped products into cartons. Kliklok ACE allows quick transitions between carton sizes, reducing downtime and enhancing flexibility. Its ergonomic design improves operator efficiency and safety.
