FlexStat® Static Dissipative Hose is specially formulated with a clear thermoplastic polyurethane that is reinforced with a rigid black external ABS helix and an embedded copper grounding wire to prevent static buildup. Featuring high flex life and durability, this .040” wall urethane hose is highly abrasion resistant, making it ideal for plastic pellet or powder transfer and can withstand extreme suction cycling when feeding extruders.
A suitable replacement for heavy-wall PVC hose, FlexStat Static Dissipative Hose is available in 1” to 8” dia. sizes in standard 25’ and 50’lengths and can be supplied with or without cuffs. Providing 108-1010 Ohms/sq. surface resistivity, this flexible urethane hose is manufactured with FDA acceptable materials, has a smooth interior, and operates over a -40°F to 200°F range.
