Standard-Knapp announces the availability of a new and updated online Product Catalog, featuring updated pictures and information about Standard-Knapp’s innovative case, tray and shrink packaging machinery. Change parts, retrofit grids, and packaging line enhancements are illustrated and carefully explained, to help customers choose just the right products for their applications. An array of packaging line enhancements and solutions is also highlighted, including uncasing, tab slitting, case sealing and product dividing solutions. The new catalog features Standard-Knapp’s full range of case packers, bottle packers and drop packers, with options to meet a variety of product handling and budgetary goals. Whichever the model, color-coded change parts provide fast, efficient changeover. The SOFT-CATCH™ product placement system prevents product damage, and robust, stainless steel construction ensures reliable, 24/7 operation. The new Pic-N-Place module offers extra gentle product placement and the Lowering Head module offers automatic control and gentle placement without need for a lift table. Continuous-motion case, bottle, and drop packers are also featured in the new catalog, including the PakMore™ – the fastest and smoothest continuous-motion case packer in the industry, handling up to 75 cases per minute, including soft drinks, beer, wine, and household products. Customers can also learn more about Standard-Knapp’s venerable line of tray/shrink/bundle machines, including the new Tritium™, which represents a leap forward in modular machine design and construction, as well as advanced functionality.
