QC Industries doubles conveyor warranty to 10 years

QC Industries is now offering to double customers’ warranties to 10 years when they register their conveyors online. “Our conveyors have always had a reputation for quality, so we’re excited to double our warranty coverage to 10 years,” said Dave Endres, Vice President and General Manager of QC Industries. “The 10 year warranty is another sign of our desire to reduce our customers’ maintenance costs in the long term.” The new 10 year warranty doubles the benefits of the company’s existing five year warranty. Customers can double their warranty by registering online at qcconveyors.com/serial. The benefit applies both to new conveyors and retroactively to those purchased within the past ten years. In addition to doubling their warranty, registration entitles customers to access the company’s Conveyor Configurator, an online tool for configuring and quoting conveyors. They’ll also have access to all their past orders with the ability to look up maintenance manuals and videos and order replacement parts. QC Industries’ low profile belt conveyors are used in a wide variety of applications including packaging, automation, assembly, medical product and device manufacturing, material handling, manufacturing, and more. Privately held QC Industries is a leading builder of low profile belt conveyors based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
