Affordable, Durable, and Ready-to-Build Warehouse Storage from Just $200

PALLITE™ has announced the U.S. launch of the PIX™ Essentials Twin 48, an innovative new warehouse storage unit designed specifically for eCommerce fulfillment operations, including apparel, accessories, and other fast-moving consumer goods sectors.

Priced from just $200 per unit, the PIX™ Essentials Twin 48 offers a simple, efficient, and cost-effective way for fulfillment centers to optimize storage and picking operations. Each unit provides 48 pick faces — 24 per side — at a cost of just $4.17 per pick face, delivering exceptional value and performance for high-volume, SKU-intensive operations.

Manufactured from PALLITE’s signature honeycomb cardboard, the PIX™ Essentials Twin 48 combines impressive strength and durability with a lightweight structure, making it ideal for both mezzanine installations and free-standing warehouse environments. Each unit supports up to 500 lbs in total and 30 lbs per pick face, offering a robust yet flexible storage solution that adapts easily to changing inventory demands and seasonal peaks.

Arriving flat-packed for cost-effective shipping, the PIX™ Essentials Twin 48 can be assembled in minutes, with a build time of under ten seconds per pick face. The units provide rapid deployment and short lead times, enabling warehouse teams to expand capacity or reconfigure layouts without downtime.

Since launching its U.S. operations in 2022, PALLITE™ has experienced strong growth driven by demand from e-commerce and third-party logistics (3PL) providers seeking durable, sustainable, and scalable storage solutions. Customers using the PIX™ range have reported significant business benefits, including lower costs per pick location, improved durability compared to traditional corrugated bins, and measurable returns on investment.

Gareth Vicary headshot“The PIX™ Essentials Twin 48 was developed with the modern eCommerce fulfillment center in mind. Tailored to apparel, accessories, and other high-SKU product categories, it delivers an ideal balance of strength, flexibility, and affordability — all in a lightweight, sustainable design that builds in minutes,” said Gareth Vicary, PALLITE’s International Business Director. “

Each unit measures 46.65 inches wide, 38.98 inches deep, and 70.28 inches high, with individual pick faces measuring 10.42 inches wide, 19.19 inches deep, and 11.10 inches high. Units are designed to sit securely on a pallet and are in stock and ready to dispatch across the United States.
