These tools feature a digital touch panel that allows users to easily control strap tension and welding time, with manual, semi-automatic, and automatic modes. The touch screen also includes a battery level indicator, enabling users to monitor power usage effectively. The digital panel technology ensures seamless operation and reduces downtime in production environments. Furthermore, the tools are equipped with a lock-out function to ensure consistent operation from shift to shift and operator to operator, minimizing strap tension variability and enhancing overall load security.

The PAC BT2450 and BT3920 are manufactured with brushless motor technology, significantly reducing maintenance requirements and increasing the tools’ reliability. This advanced technology translates into a lower total cost of ownership for users while supporting uninterrupted performance in high-demand settings. Powered by lithium-ion batteries, these PAC tools are capable of being recharged up to 1,000 times. This feature not only contributes to environmental sustainability by reducing waste but also ensures that the tools are always ready for use when needed. Plus, a built-in cycle counter aids preventative maintenance by tracking the number of cycles the tool has completed. This feature allows operators to plan maintenance proactively, thereby preventing unexpected downtime and ensuring the tools remain in optimal working condition.

PAC Strapping’s BT2450 and BT3920 tools are designed with an ergonomic housing that enhances durability and ensures they can withstand the rigors of warehouse and production environments. This operator-friendly design not only contributes to the tools’ longevity but also improves user comfort and safety, reducing the risk of strain or injury during use.
