The integration provides a simple yet powerful solution at the touch of a button. When an individual presses the emergency speakerphone button on a Help Point, the call is routed to Blue Alert® EMS, Code Blue’s advanced event management software. That immediately triggers a notification to Ocularis, which security personnel then can use to best determine how to respond.
