Redefining the Future of Material Handling

NOBLELIFT has announced the launch of the NOBLELIFT Omega AI Forklift, a breakthrough in material handling technology designed to transform how modern warehouses and distribution centers operate. The Omega goes beyond incremental upgrades, reimagining what a forklift can be in the era of AI-driven supply chains.

Powered by the NobleOne AI platform and the revolutionary MERC swappable lithium power system, the Omega is engineered to deliver unmatched intelligence, uptime, and operational flexibility. Available in 5,000 to 6,500 lb. capacity models, the Omega combines onboard AI, cloud-based services to deliver advanced safety and productivity tools on a purpose-built chassis supporting entirely new workflows and business models in material handling.

At the core of the Omega is NOBLELIFT’s AI touchscreen and voice interaction tablet-based HTML5 operating system called NobleOne, featuring native onboard AI with edge computing and inference via Nvidia AGX. The system provides:

  • Human-centric telematics and data services for real-time visibility – Allowing the operator and the machine to work together as a system
  • Onboard operator training and skills development – Monitoring real-time performance and providing feedback for improvement
  • Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) AGV/AMR orchestration for hybrid automation environments – Drivers can collaborate with AGV/AMR’s in real-time from the driver’s seat as a team
  • Forklift ADAS for enhanced safety, productivity, and situational awareness – Features seen on modern automobiles
  • Open platform integration for third-party applications – Future proofing the forklift and allowing it to take advantage of all new technology that will be coming to the supply chain

The Omega’s MERC (Mobile Energy Recovery Cell) swappable lithium system introduces a new standard for uptime and energy management. Each unit features two 28 kg, 80V/30Ah MERC cells, enabling in-situ dynamic charging that supports up to 99.9% uptime in most applications. The main 80V/277Ah battery charges while the vehicle is in use and can recover 30% of total battery capacity in as little as one hour on high-speed charging, with MERC cell swaps completed in under two minutes, virtually eliminating downtime associated with traditional charging cycles.

“The Omega is not just a new forklift, it represents a revolutionary step in human-machine potential in the supply chain,” said Bill Pedriana, President at NOBLELIFT North America. “By combining native AI, real-time robotics orchestration, and a modular, swappable lithium energy system to eliminate down time, we’re giving operations a smarter, safer, and dramatically more productive way to run their facilities and easily deploy the latest technologies as they come to market.”

The NOBLELIFT Omega AI Forklift is making its official debut at MODEX this week, April 13-16, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta at booth #C13176, where attendees can experience firsthand how AI-assisted equipment and swappable energy systems can unlock new levels of efficiency and uptime. Special in depth in-booth presentations for attendees and media will be announced on social media and at the event.
