NOBLELIFT North America introduces the HERO Lithium-ion Task Support Vehicle

Listen to this article

NOBLELIFT, a global manufacturer of material handling innovations, launched the HERO Lithium-ion Task Support Vehicle, a compact and highly maneuverable industrial solution designed to transform how workers perform tasks in warehouses, distribution centers, and retail environments.

Bridging the gap between ladders, order pickers, tuggers, and forklifts, the HERO offers a safer and more efficient way to handle light material loads and elevated work tasks. With a 700 lb. total capacity, lithium power, and advanced safety features, the HERO empowers operators to work smarter, faster, and more securely.

Unmatched Maneuverability

The HERO features four steering modes: Normal Front, Normal Rear, Cloud Walking (side-to-side motion), and True Zero Point Turning. Operators can move seamlessly forward, backward, sideways, or at angles while elevated, enabling unmatched precision and efficiency in order-picking environments or tight spaces.  Its low-profile design allows it to enter elevators and straightforward standard doorways with ease, while also lifting an operator to a height of 180” and supporting comfortable work heights over 252”.

Advanced Safety & Comfort

Engineered with operator well-being at its core, the HERO is equipped with:

  • An extendable powered front load tray to increase carry volume while maintaining an unobstructed view for the driver during operation
  • Dual-hand sensing high-performance control handles
  • Gate interlocks prevent operation until latched
  • Safety sensors located below the platform disable the raise, lower, and travel functions if someone or something is detected below the platform.
  • Chain slack detection and grade monitoring protection
  • Automatic speed reduction at elevated heights
  • PPE connection point for optional fall restraint, pending the needs of an application

A suspension system on the HERO enhances stability and ride comfort, while LED side lights, a flashing beacon, and a blue pedestrian safety light ensure safety and visibility in virtually any environment.

Powerful Lithium Technology

At the heart of the HERO is NOBLELIFT’s fast-charging Lithium battery, the safest, longest-lasting lithium technology available. With a three-year or 6,000-hour warranty, maintenance-free operation, and a charge time of just 1–2 hours, the HERO supports continuous multi-shift operations without the need for battery changes. Opportunity charging during breaks keeps productivity uninterrupted.

Smart Design for Everyday Use

The HERO is built for versatility, featuring an extendable telescopic front tray, a fixed rear materials tray, standard towing capability, and integrated operator compartment storage space for documents and pick tickets. A keyless PIN code panel with RFID card support, CAN-bus diagnostics, and an LCD display with real-time performance data always gives operators full control and visibility.
