NewerTech announces the new, updated, upgraded Power2U

Listen to this article

Building owners, tenants, employees … seems like everyone in today’s offices
is using an iPad, tablet, smartphone, ultrabook to streamline their their work,
activity. The gotcha is keeping them fully charged without people have to waste time or
fight over having their device hooked up to those unsightly wall warts (the power units) hanging out there. Well NewerTech just announced the new, updated, upgraded Power2U — http://www.newertech.com/Static/PR/2013_01_05_power2u.php. Ok they aren’t revolutionary but everyone in any office or almost anywhere will think you’re brilliant for discovering and installing the  15 Amp or 20 Amp UL Listed AC/USB wall outlets – http://www.newertech.com/Static/PR/2013_01_05_power2u.php. We developed the 20A unit at the request of contractors, electricians, maintenance people  as well as homeowners who wanted the higher performance units for use in basements, kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms and garages…. Anyway the Power2U has been updated with two key aspects that truly make adding the information to your “what’s new” coverage appropriate and valuable to your audience.

1. We’ve added 2008 National Electrical Code (NEC) tamper resistant receptacles
to make the Power2U as kid safe as possible as well as ensuring the device will meet any local home building/improvement code requirements.

2. We’ve added a 20Amp version for commercial, hospitality, education, and municipal applications; as well as those installations in homes (such as basements, kitchens, utility/HVAC rooms and garages) that higher powered appliances and tools might
be used.
