Linde Material Handling-North America Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Linde Material Handling GmbH (Aschaffenburg, Germany), is now offering a 24-Month/4,000 Hour Planned Maintenance Plan in addition to the Linde Extended Care Warranty with the purchase of any 346 Series (Models E18 or E20) or 1313 Series (Models H25, H27, H30, or H32) lift truck purchase through Dec. 31, 2014. “Our goal is to show owners that Linde lift trucks have the lowest lifetime cost of ownership in the industry,” said Vincent Halma, Chief Sales Officer. “By including the Linde Extended Care Warranty and the planned maintenance for the first two years, our hope is that users will be able to focus on the truck’s capabilities and performance. The value will speak for itself.” All models within the 346 and 1313 Series are eligible for the promotion for any new orders placed beginning Aug. 1 through Dec. 31, 2014. The planned maintenance promotion is limited to normal, clean operating applications up to 2,000 annual operation hours. It includes service intervals at 500, 1,000 and 3,000 hours. The Linde Extended Care Warranty is a 60-Month/10,000 Hour drivetrain warranty that nets an average savings of $3,000-$6,000 per unit depending on the specific truck type/model. The following components are included in the coverage: internal combustion forklift/engine, hydrostatic drive system, internal combustion and electric truck final drives, reduction gear boxes and planetary units, differential drive units, electrical drives and controls.
