High-performance LED worklights tailored to food grade, washdown and severe duty environments

PATLITE introduces a new design LED worklight with the performance and protection needed for food and beverage and other harsh, performance-critical environments. CLK-SA LED Worklights are designed with a stainless steel body and clear acrylic PMMA resin lens cover, creating an IP69K rated sealed enclosure that withstands high-temperature and high-pressure washdowns, and is resistant to water and oil. The CLK-SA worklightoffers bright, energy-efficient lighting, long life, and reliable operation ideally suited for food and beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, machine tool, production equipment, and other harsh application settings. The unit’s compact profile measures just 376 mm long x 56 mm wide x 20.5 mm high, yet outputs an ultra-bright, evenly distributed daylight illuminance of 1,200 lux.  “Unlike other LED worklights that often produce the notorious ‘yellow ring’ effect that can result in eye strain, the CLK-SA’s unique ‘micro-array lens’ evens out light refraction for more natural lighting and even light distribution,” says Paul Mizuki, Marketing Manager. “And the angled body and flat surface design of the CLK-SA delivers more than just a slim profile LED worklight; it also prevents dirt accumulation, enables oil and water to roll right off the surface and simplifies washdown and wipedown cleaning.”  CLK-SA LED worklights operate on 24 VDC and consume just 12.5 W of energy. Optional M12 quick disconnect cables enable up to five CLK-SA units to be daisy chained together.
