Cimcorp’s experts will highlight how next-gen automation technologies are enabling more innovative, more agile, and high-efficiency/high-utilization tire manufacturing

Cimcorp, a pioneer in robotic handling solutions, will exhibit at the 2025 Global Polymer Summit (GPS), scheduled for Sept. 8-11, in Cleveland, Ohio. At booth #2040, Cimcorp will spotlight Dream Factory, its proven tire automation solution designed to enhance efficiency, productivity, and plant agility. Cimcorp is also slated to participate in a panel discussion titled “Trends in Tire Machinery: Meeting the Moment with Innovation.” Global Tire Sales Manager, Don Heelis, will weigh in on how automation technologies are shaping the next generation of tire production.

The Global Polymer Summit is now the largest tire and rubber industry event in North America, following the merger of the International Elastomer Conference (IEC) and the International Tire Exposition & Conference (ITEC). The inaugural event will bring together professionals from around the world to discover the latest innovations and trends in the tire, rubber, and elastomer industries. Cimcorp will be on site to showcase how its Dream Factory solution is helping leading tire manufacturers optimize production and modernize their operations.

Dream Factory integrates the entire tire production process, from raw material receipt to finished goods loading, into a single, coordinated, and intelligent system. By combining robotic handling, integrated material flow, and real-time data visibility, the solution provides tire manufacturers with complete control over plant performance. Its modular design supports both greenfield and brownfield facilities. At the same time, its award-winning software provides the insights needed to eliminate bottlenecks, enhance traceability, and adapt to shifting production demands—the result: faster throughput, consistent quality, and a state-of-the-art factory floor.

On the final day of GPS, Cimcorp’s Don Heelis will join fellow tire industry leaders for a special panel discussion on the future of tire manufacturing.

Panel Discussion Details:
