Efficient Vertical Transport Solutions for Seamless Multi-Floor Material Movement

Advance Lifts  highlights its Package Lifts, designed for efficient vertical transportation of small items across multiple floors. These robust lifts offer a reliable solution for various applications in the retail, food processing, material handling, automotive, manufacturing, industrial, warehousing, and aerospace industries. Engineered to meet the rigorous demands of modern material handling, Package Lifts combine durability with adaptability, providing businesses with a solution for seamless multi-floor product movement.

The Package Lifts feature a rugged four-post construction, fully assembled at the factory and shipped in stackable sections for quick and easy installation. With doors typically positioned 30 inches above grade at each level, these lifts ensure ergonomic manual loading of the carriage. Door placement options also include grade-level positioning on upper landings and 3 inches above grade at the lower level, making them well-suited for automated operations.

Safety and durability are at the forefront of the Advance Lifts’ Package Lifts design. The units are equipped with motors featuring integral brake locks, enhancing safety by preventing unintended movement when stopped. Double chains ensure smooth movement and added security during operation. The package lift units come with expanded metal enclosures attached at the factory, simplifying installation and meeting code requirements.

To guarantee stable and smooth operation, the platforms incorporate dual surface guides in all four corners. For convenient multi-floor operation, call/send and e-stop buttons are mounted at each level. The PAC Lift carriages are outfitted with rails on two or three sides, complemented by chains on the open sides for superior load retention and package security during transport.

Advance Lifts prioritizes quality and compliance in every aspect of their Package Lifts. All controllers are assembled in their UL listed panel shop, ensuring quality control. The lifts conform to all national applicable ANSI and ASME codes, guaranteeing industry safety standards and regulations are met.

The Package Lifts come with a 5-year structural warranty and a 1-year electrical/hydraulic warranty, underscoring Advance Lifts’ confidence in their product’s durability and performance. Available in various models, including the PAC-200 and PAC-500, these lifts offer capacities ranging from 200 to 500 pounds, with platform sizes from 24×24 inches to 42×42 inches, and maximum travel distances of up to 24 feet.
