Reliable Manual Positioning Solutions for Heavy-Duty Industrial Applications

Advance Lifts highlights its Industrial Standard Duty Manual Turntables (TML & TM Series). Designed to streamline positioning tasks across a variety of demanding work environments, these manual turntables offer an efficient and rugged solution for rotating heavy loads with ease and precision.

The TML & TM Series are built for applications where frequent rotation of substantial materials is required, providing facilities with versatility, reliability, and a simplified operational footprint. These non-powered models represent a cost-effective alternative to powered turntables while still delivering the durability and performance expected from Advance Lifts. All manual turntables are engineered for smooth, bidirectional rotation and feature a low-profile design, making them well-suited for integration into most industrial workspaces.

Durability is central to the effectiveness of the TML & TM Series. Each platform is supported by a lifetime-lubricated bearing system: TM platforms use roller bearing cam followers, while TML platforms are constructed around a robust ball bearing roller. Every unit rotates on a lifetime-lubricated kingpin bearing, resulting in reliable performance and minimal maintenance over the equipment’s long service life.

These manual turntables are available in rectangular platform designs, with round platforms optionally offered for all models except the TML. To support specific workflow needs, optional rotational limits can be provided, including detents, locking pins, and hard stops for precise positioning and safety. Each model is backed by a one-year parts and labor warranty, as well as an extended structural warranty providing coverage for ten years or up to 250,000 cycles.

Advance Lifts’ Industrial Standard Duty Manual Turntables are engineered for environments where dependable, efficient manual rotation is essential. Their robust construction and customizable options make them a preferred solution for manufacturing, assembly, and material handling operations seeking enhanced ergonomics and productivity.
