The 2026 Foundation Fund Drive is off to a strong start with $127,204 already raised from 113 donors to advance workforce development across the power transmission and motion control (PT/MC) industry. Contributions fuel initiatives that strengthen recruitment and retention—including the expanded student and employee scholarship programs and the new Start Your Career. Move the World. video introducing PT/MC career opportunities and other critical resources.
“Building a strong workforce requires both visibility and opportunity,” says Mike McLain, 2026 PTDA Foundation president, Allied Bearing & Supply, Inc. “As interest in our programs has grown, we expanded this year’s scholarships to support more students and industry professionals. Along with our Start Your Career. Move the World. campaign, these efforts are connecting talented individuals to rewarding careers in the PT/MC industry. We appreciate the donors whose support of the 2026 Fund Drive is driving this momentum.”
Thank you to these 2026 PTDA Foundation Vanguard Contributors that led our fundraising efforts with an early commitment made between October and December 2025.
