North Shore Supply divests of Rack Express for a win-win

Rack Express will have a new home and parent company effective June 1, 2015. The current parent company, North Shore Supply Company Inc. (NSSCO), made a decision earlier this year to divest themselves of the retail operation. In a unique business agreement, Indoff will now become the new owner of the Rack Express brand along with their top seven sales partners. For 18 years, Rack Express has been a provider of warehouse storage solutions in the Southwest and across the country. Buzzy Bluestone, President at NSSCO stated, “We’re glad to see the Rack Express brand name, sales and services continue under the Indoff name. It’s a win-win for both companies. Our goal now is to grow our wholesale warehouse operation as a distributor of Spectrum brand products at North American Wholesale Logistics (NAWL).”

NAWL operates as a material handling equipment supplier to dealers and qualified resellers only. They specialize in quick shipment for pallet rack uprights, beams, wire decks, structural cantilever and shelving. Currently shipping from Texas and California, dealers can now register online and get instant access to all new pricing and downloadable quotes on their new website. “Warehouses are full of new inventory and now that our Houston warehouse will be dedicated to inventory of NAWL products only, we’re ready to start moving products fast,” stated Curtis Parnell, Division Manager at NSSCO.
