The Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association (MHEDA) has announced the launch of the NextGen Community, a new initiative designed to support and empower the next generation of material handling professionals.
The NextGen Community will provide access to networking opportunities, industry-specific education, and career development resources tailored to help emerging talent thrive in the fast-evolving material handling industry.

- Networking: Opportunities to build meaningful connections through both in-person events and virtual peer groups.
- Industry Training: Educational bootcamps and resources that help up-and-coming professionals gain knowledge of industry terminology, best practices, and trends.
- Professional Development: A wide range of programs, tools, and resources to support career growth and professional development.
