The Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association (MHEDA) has announced the launch of the NextGen Community, a new initiative designed to support and empower the next generation of material handling professionals.

The NextGen Community will provide access to networking opportunities, industry-specific education, and career development resources tailored to help emerging talent thrive in the fast-evolving material handling industry.

Key features of the NextGen Community include:

• Networking: Opportunities to build meaningful connections through both in-person events and virtual peer groups.
• Industry Training: Educational bootcamps and resources that help up-and-coming professionals gain knowledge of industry terminology, best practices, and trends.
• Professional Development: A wide range of programs, tools, and resources to support career growth and professional development.

MHEDA encourages members to fill out the NextGen Community Interest Form for themselves or to nominate emerging industry talent who would benefit from being part of this community.
