The Exhibitor Showcase is a chance to spotlight your company’s products and services directly to Convention attendees. If you’re interested in exhibiting, mark these dates on your calendar for the 2026 Exhibitor Showcase booth sales and selection:
Key Dates You Need to Know
- October 20, 2025 – The convention floor plan will be posted on the MHEDA website.
- October 28, 2025, at 10:00 AM CT – Booth reservation begins, and the request form goes live on the MHEDA website. Submission is time-stamped to determine the order in which booth selection occurs.
- October 30, 2025 – Booth selection begins. MHEDA staff will reach out during assigned callback times to finalize booth selection.
